Dancelia Children's Home and Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by the children of His Royal Highness Late Eze D.U. Ihewulezi and Late Ugoeze Cecilia Ihewulezi, rulers of Okwuato Autonomous Community in Aboh Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria.
Their legacy of taking in homeless children and offering unconditional care laid the foundation for what would become a sanctuary for children in desperate need. The name "Dancelia" is a fusion of Daniel and Cecilia, a tribute to their life of service. Officially recognized by the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the foundation is now managed by the Sisters of the Daughters of the Charity of the Most Precious Blood.
